The issue affecting UTORrecover backup reports has been resolved and reports are being delivered normally. Backup and restore operations were not affected at any point during this incident.

UTORrecover backup reports are being sent intermittently. Backup and restore operations are not affected and continue to run as scheduled.

Staff are actively working on a resolution and this notice will be updated once reports are being delivered normally.
