Please note that there will be a scheduled upgrade of the Microsoft Entra Connect infrastructure from 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, to 4 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026 (EDT). The upgrade refreshes the systems that keep U of T’s on-premises Enterprise Active Directory (EAD) synchronized with Microsoft Entra ID, helping maintain the stability and reliability of our hybrid identity environment. Existing configurations, synchronization settings, and sign-in methods will be preserved. No user-facing outage or disruption is anticipated, and no action is required. A status update will be posted when the upgrade is successfully completed.
