Investigating

Microsoft is investigating an Exchange Online incident affecting Outlook on the web (OWA). According to Microsoft, some users in Canada may experience issues accessing their mailboxes in Outlook on the web due to a code regression affecting part of the service infrastructure. Affected users may use the classic Outlook desktop client as a workaround while Microsoft continues remediation.

Observed behavior at U of T may include, but is not limited to:

- Emails not appearing in OWA or New Outlook until the user manually presses Sync.
- The Inbox folder is not fully loading in OWA or New Outlook.
- Other mailbox folders not appearing as expected.
- Shared mailboxes and shared calendars appear to be affected in some cases.

Some users have also reported that the issue persists after trying incognito mode and multiple browsers.
