Load balancer upgrades will occur Oct 15–17, with brief switchovers planned around noon on Oct 16 and Oct 17. No downtime is expected, however there is a low risk of brief login interruptions to Office 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Azure). Existing sessions will not be affected.
